03 zx12 engine mods

My dad and i just purchased a 2003 zx12r Engine. We are putting it in a dirtbike hillclimb chassis. Which the bike will be run in the open class and that makes it so their is no rules on what can be done inside the motor. So im looking for a good source of help with making my motor make good power. We both are new with this motor but from all my studying these motors are sick!!!!!

so if anyone will let me pick their brain for some help its greatly appreciated.

I have a carpenter cylinder head and cams for sale. It is used but had a fresh set of valves, springs and seals this spring. My motor made 210hp! I have many other zx12 parts let me know if you need anything.

I have a new set of JE 86mm oversize pistons that will increase displacement to 1287cc and compression to 13.5:1.
Complete set NIB, pistons, rings, and pins.

I have a practically new mtc clutch basket, its a must upgrade the stock basket will break and could hurt the whole motor.

get raedy to open your wallet wide stick with pistons if you can no strokers they are hard to make live only a hand full of people I would let build a stroker 12 motor. good luck with the project send pics when you get started if you get a good head and that 1287 piston kit it will be a wicked ride for sure especially if you can run a lil nitro and make it live I would love to come see it run.
