    How much hp or load could you put on this trans before it would have problems shifting?

    Not sure what you mean by problems? I've gone low 8's / high 7"s on an undercut tranny like this one. Only difference is the ones I use now have a HD output shaft.

    I just heard once you put so much load on a tranny that it won't shift course I'm talkin a but load of hp to be thrown at one lol.

    The shift kill (ignition or fuel) will unload the tranny. Undercut keeps the gears in position and loaded. I wouldn't drag race a bike without an undercut tranny unless you like skipping gears.
