Part of a turbo kit for ZX14 manifold, turbo, dump

We changed the setup a little and didn't use this. Included is the manifold, turbo with internal wastegate, and dump pipe, and some fittings on the turbo. The manifold has very little miles and the turbo I am not sure but it does not have any excessive shaft play and it worked fine while it was on the bike. This is not a complete kit but a good portion of it. This is for a zx14.

Not sure but I believe its a td04 turbo

We never tuned it on this turbo kit. My buddy wanted an external wastegate setup so we bought that. The manifold alone was $100 more than what we are selling this manifold and turbo.

If using this on a zx14 you will need the following parts to make a complete kit.

You will need a block off plate for one side of the airbox and a block off plate for the stock airfilter slot on the air box. These are easy and could be cut out of metal. Just add some right stuff gasket and it will seal up nice.

You will need a pipe made to connect the turbo to the intake box. Any decent fabricator should be able to make this without much issues.

You will need oil feed and return lines and a t fitting for the feed. You will need to tap the oil pan and put a fitting for the return line. All this could be done cheap or expensive depending on what fittings you want to go with. AN stuff is never cheap cause the aluminum fittings are pricey. You could do all this for $100 or $300 depending on how you like it.

This kit could be completed for under $1000 total investment. And would easily be enough to make 250 hp. Its not going to be a 400 hp monster but its not going to cost $4-5K either.

That turbo is off a mazda speed 6. I have a couple hangin on the shop wall. I know on them they crap out at 18 psi or about 300hp if memory serves me rite. I swap em out with gt28 and gt30s all the time.
