Before the drama of the Pro Street final at the AMA Dragbike XXX Racing Fuel National Finals, the rival camps of Velocity Racing and NLR put on quite a show.

The most thrilling moments came in the second round. Velocity's Mike Slowe cracked into the 7.20's for the first time ever with a scintillating 7.183 to set a new national elapsed time record and put the smackdown on the NLR teams.

The record lasted about three minutes. Two pairs later NLR's Sebastian Domingo cracks off a 7.181 to retake the record and the thunder.

A round later both riders were on the trailers, as the chase for the championship took center stage. But the second round of Pro Street racing at Valdosta Finals remains a truly memorable one-two hit.
