Still think we should all get together one day to go the track n test and work with bj to get the back half correct. I spent most of time last year asking everyone if the track is ok. No one really complain till after the event was over. Nothing I can do during the week to fix a track from the past weekend.

I have no experience preparing a track for a race but I have seen BJ in the morning clean, drag, spray, and drag again. What else can be done? Is it the surface its self? Is the VHT being cut down because of the cost? Im asking because I dont know, but I would be willing to help get the track to the conditions we want if it will help the series stay alive.

BJ does a great job in the am for sure.

I'm no expert too....but what I've seen at other tracks you have to keep up with it all day.

For example and I've mentioned this before.....tracks have to be prepped before pros line up.

People got upset about that before....why I don't know cause everyone benefits from it.

Indy does this constantly for us......and it works....and I'm not just talking about the 60.

The whole track and not just one pass.

I'm just speaking for myself.....I'm tired of going slow. My race program can not develop running at slick tracks.I've been loyal to the series and track for many seasons. Love the people and the fun I have there but I cannot handicapping myracing anymore.

He's not spreading enough Vht over the track only the first 600ft or so..With no cars in the lanes he doesnt make much money and he isnt going to spend it. That's what happen in the past. I've spoke with him on a few things that have to be change in order for ME to keep running the series. Dates,Track prep, and lanes keep moving!! All which cost money so were trying to work together to make everyone happy.

Why not team up with NHDRO and make one big series seeing how close they are to each other.

About good % of our racers come from Iowa and dont want to travel to Indy to race, We run each day as a race day so some guys n Gals who work either Saturday or Sunday can race either day not both, Our Et class runs for Nhra Division championship at Indy every year. Its the same but very different.
