Default k7 gsxr 1000- trouble shooting- help

I am trying to help a friend get his bike fixed, its a 2007 gsxr 1000. Bike has around 15,000 miles. ome guy was suposed to fix it, didnt, and supose got hit by car and busted up fairing, radiator. i am going to work on bike tomorrow, havnt touched it yet. I am trying to get some ideas of things to check.
Problem: He was riding wheelie, bike cut out while in air, he sat it down. Bike now cuts out in midrange, but after a few cut outs will rev up. This is what he said, i will find out for sure tomorrow. Guy who wrecked bike said one header was coldler than others, dont know for sure yet. Bike has power commander/full sytem, has been on there for months with no problem.
I am going to check kickstand sensor, tip sensor, tps sensor, spark plugs, fuel pump/lines-see if bad gas. Unplugging PC3. He works week on/week off so I am going to check wires for rat nest/chewing. Depending on those findings i may try pull injectors/fuel rail and clean them. Has anybody done this before? I will have my k7 1000 there to swap coils with if need be. Does anybody have any other ideas. I was gunna try check compression if I can find gauge, or make one, lol.

Is there anything else I need to check into. I know this is hard, going on here say. He is a nice guy, though not mechanical inclined, he would help anybody out, I am not charging him, just trying to help a friend in need. Will post again tomorrow with findings.

hold on slow down cool daddy.start simple dont go crazy rippin everything apart.first check your ground and connection.pinched fuel line.is it throwin codes if so what.check the bike out yourself and tell us what you think.if the guy said one cylinder was cold that means no fire.does it sound different.make that same guy grab the header at running temp.and tell him this is his punishment for wrecking someone elses broken bike he should of been fixing.if it doesnt burn him slap the shit out of him

rode it. There is no error code. Severe loss of power across entire rpm band, little rough idle. Bike wont pick up, spin popping throttle in 1st gear.

Cylnder 2,3,4 are all light, possibly to lean. Cylnder 1 is half soot black, the other half brown/okay. weird. It will cut out if throttle is hit WOT of idle, no power down low, picks up a little power 5-6000 rpm, but still not where it should be for 1st gear. I unhooked PC3 and it ran the same without it.

I swaped coil from my running k7 1000, still no improvement. Resistqnce was fine on CKP and all eight injectors. I cant find my compresion gauge, yet. Does anybody have any ideas-bike has loss of power through out rpm, will cut out if throttle hit off idel, and will not even jerk forward when eased into throttle quickly. Any ideas to check would be helpfull.

i pulled fuel rail off, sprayed cleaner through it, and injectors. Bike ran good, came back put air box on, hooked PC3 up, and ran it down road. about 1/8 mile down road started acting up again. I am going to unhook PC3 again tomorrow, see what happens, then see what happens when motor gets hot, maybe something overheating? any idea's. I will check TPS

Trying look at it from new angle. Bike lean, causing loss of power. This is second fuel pump. PC3 off bike, ran little better. Bike will not Come off ground but couple inches when popping clutch in second. Not responsive taking fuel, should power up. Do not think it clutches, doesnt appear to be slipping. TP sensor is correct. No FI light. Does not appear to be kinking fuel line. Have put different fuel in it. Pulled pump, did not appear to have dirty filter.

I'll try plug pull thing, almost did it last night.

How do you clean screen on injector? I had them out, sprayed them, but cleaner wouldnt come out injector. Is there a way to connect them battery to make them open?

Got it fixed. Pulled fuel rail again, found piece of trash in it. Looked at screens, seen some trash. Sprayed cleaner in screens let them soak down, sprayed more, did this a couple times. Bike fired up, ideled good, no cut outs, hesitation, nothing, runs like a champ. Learned lesson though. Carb cleaner will eat o-rings that go around injectors, good thing had some messed up injectors to pull orings from. Thanks for help and ideas. Think I made it harder at first, by not looking directly at problem-lean plugs. Lesson learned.
The reason I checked so much stuff was I hadnt seen bike and only had two days to fix it, lol.
