about 180 with 13.5:1 JE pistons and a stock head. Would be better off doing head work and cams

My gixxer is 2003 year. You think STOCK crankshaft and rods not damage my engine ??

Power Commander 3 is enough to control fuel dose ?

dude i love your accent i would have to agree that you would be better off just doing a head and cams package, but if you wanted to just have a 1070 the stock rods and everything else will work....you dont have to have a fully built motor to get bigger pistons.

You would gain more if you did a good head job (port and polish) and cams (degreeing stock). If you still want to do a 1070 piston kit, the stock bottom end (rods, crank, and tranny) will all be fine. 0410

What you think about this setup :
    - ported and polished head
    - 540/566 cams with adj.sprok.(its good to street/drag bike ???)
    - head gasket .030"
    - 1070JE Pistons
    - stock rods, stock valve
    - full exhaust, PCIII, TRE

This is everything i need to build 1070 ?

It will be work fine ? 190HP is possible at 03-04 ?

Setup look fine yes 190 is possible. I'm not sure on specs of cams but whoever ports your head ask them about cam choice. Good luck with your build
