Looking for motor advice

This is a discussion about Looking for motor advice within the 1000's section, where you will 1 Liter Bike Talk for.... Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha; I had a basic head and cam, done in march, and the bike is running good numbers..8.70's with a 130pound rider. Was wondering what is the next step up from that to get better numbers..

    I had a basic head and cam, done in march, and the bike is running good numbers..8.70's with a 130pound rider. Was wondering what is the next step up from that to get better numbers.. maybe 8.40 or 30's

    I've went 8.4's on on a 1070 on pumpgas
    06 1k Stock motor, on motor, 63" WB.

    Motor was done by 4th generation... they did great work.. I need to learn how to tune the bazazz box, but bike runs fine.. so what do I need to add to have a 1070

    Just put a set of drop in piston in it. We got the fastest head and cam with stock bore piston. Done right in your back yard. Htp. Call me and I will take you to school.

    3 mil piston kit, nitrous piston and rods. 1070 on crack 7.80 or better with that light rider.

    So are you saying put drop in stock bore pistons in and that will make a 1070 motor? And I know y'all in the back yard ,but what is turn around time...I like quick and effective work...Any other advice from other builders?
