Noise when accelerating

Ok so prior to putting the new clutch steels and springs in my '05 10 it was perfect. After doing that I've noticed every once in a while when taking off slow to moderately fast that it makes a chattering sound that sounds like it's coming from the clutch area. We've pulled everything apart and double checked tightness and made sure nothing was broke. Not sure what in the ever living hell it could be. Any help or insight would be appreciated.

What's ur stack height?

Im honestly not sure. I wanna say its the same as stock. I'll have to count them and make sure though.

Don't count them, use I digital caliper, u can get one at harbor freight or any hardware store

Oh ok well could the spacers at the bottom of the pack cause something like this or what do you think?

CHECK THE TO ROUND RINGS THAT THE FIRST FIBER COVERSTHAT IS DIFFERENT THEN THE REST OF THE FIBERS AND IT GOES IN FIRST BECUASE THOSE RINGS ARE MADE TO TAKE THE CHATTER OUT OF THE CLUTCH PACK AND WHEN THEY GET HOT ITS GOOD TO REPLACE THEM WHY YOUR REPACING THE REST OF THE KIT

The 04 05 doesnt have the rings like most clutches they have a thick double steel looking plate. First friction, then judder spring (double steel thing) and your stack height is 53.6mm

What about those black little circular spacers at the very bottom of the pack? I know they make a clutch mod that takes those three individual pieces out and puts in one solid piece is that worth the 25 dollars to do it?

thats the slipper stuff, you can spend the money or just weld the basket.
