Dave ran into a little more than expected after adjusting the valves. Motor started but was beyond noisy. He's going to take another look at everything later this week. Just hoping the motor doesn't have to come apart. No matter what though, I'm really pleased with this bike.

Just to follow up, it's running again. There were some issues with the cam timing and valve train but they've all been straightened out. Bike was carried to the original builder (RC Performance), put on the dyno and it showed crazy lean but still put down 180ish to the tire. Chuck is going to go ahead and do a full dyno tune to hopefully get the numbers back to where they were after the initial build. This thing might just run a 5 after all.

Man I like that bike.......it reminds me of my 1st 1K that was the same color scheme. Probably the last 1k to have a large trunk lol
