The do have a long first gear..We swapped out on one of owers for the lower robinson gear in the tranny.and I 1.36 60 footed the bike..I have 1.39 the bike with -2+4 in the past without the tranny gear swap..if I remember correct 6th gear across the finish line..

im -2 +4 and im out of gearing by end of 1/4. im thinking if i lower my launch rpm's then though i can get more out of first gear.

I have a 2006 GSXR 1000 with a Evil Swingarm And full bolt ons. What's the best 1/4 mile gearing for me? I'm running hand clutch, mr-12 fuel and I'm about 240lbs 6'5. Lmk thanks guys.

Hey just do -2 +4 . i know a lot of guys about your weight who have that and they do fine with it.
