Just the lower cases also if you going to tear it down that far send you crank to ape or marine for oil mod on crank, also send transmission to Carolina cycle to get it undercut .... Cook master has a head and cam package right now

The case old mods help but the crankshaft oil mods are the bigger help

sounds good thanks for the info buddy i'd rather spend some extra $ now then a whole lot later when the motor lets go...i know nrc up here can do the tranny should i get the lower 1st gear while i have the tranny apart i have lots of sprockets so i can change gearing easily that way as well...cook sold his head and cams so i'm gonna use the velocity head i think checkmate was rollin pretty good with that head..just need some cams...

ya thats some good info man ..i really want a good solid reliable bottom end i see alot of 10 motors with bottom end issues for sale so your right fix the problem before it becomes a problem...

good to hear bro.i know on my streetbike i could pull 1st gear about half track w/16 42 then i went to 15 44 and man that made it a whole new bike and was just hitting ******* in 6th at the stripe..thanks for the advice good to know there are good people out there who want you to excell and not fail ...what about 10r fuel systems my street 10r as went through 2 pumps in 6yrs and 80000km i'm a mechanic by trade so i can get my hands on high volume and pressure car pumps or should i use a zx14 pump for a little more volume?...cheers everyone

When u have motor apart check your stator/alt. That's an other issue with the gen1 zx10 more the 94 motors. Us kawi guys need to stick together since there are never more than a couple hand fulls at any race but more often less

ya for sure buddy i'm about the 1 and only 10r guy up here at both local tracks i'm surrounded by busa's and 14's....i know the stator issues usually they grenade in the first few years if they dont have the upgraded spacer...i really like your aluma arm man but i found a brand new never installed 12-16 evil for a really good deal ..sorry bro you'll find a new home for your arm

sweet i'm likin the look of the tail...i just won a catalyst seat on ebay so i'm gonna have to get a tail that will work with it..all i have is full race tail sections like 4 of them ,lol ...

ya cool that sounds awesome to me..there are 3 nice 1/4 tracks near me as well so i will definatly be getting lots of seat time which i never really got alot of when i was swb it was like wheelie shift wheelie shift i cant wait to launch from 10grand and not worry about slippin the crap outta my clutch ...what clutch pack do you guys run i'm thinkin of getting the basket welded and bigger rivets by hays as well...
